How We Work

    We expect the client to provide a design project. Based on it, taking into account the technical characteristics of the premises and the requirements of the property management company, we develop the architectural solutions and working documentation required for project implementation.

    Based on the approved design solutions, we calculate the cost of works and materials and prepare a detailed estimate.

After the contract is signed and access to the premises is granted, preparatory and preliminary works may, where possible, be carried out in parallel with design development and approval procedures.

We carry out demolition, install partitions, prepare surfaces and substrates, and perform other necessary works in accordance with the approved plan and the requirements of the premises.

As individual areas become ready and design solutions are approved, we proceed with engineering, finishing and installation works in stages, while monitoring schedule and quality throughout the process.

Once the works are completed, we address any outstanding issues, carry out a final inspection and hand over the completed premises to the client.
